SpreFix G has the ability to quickly bind the humidity that occurs under adverse conditions and release this humidity again under normal conditions. Even in a thin version, SpreFix provides high-quality condensation protection on sheet metal, metal and other materials that are exposed to moisture.
SpreFix has good adhesion, high absorption and release capacity, and can be adapted to an irregular substrate. In addition, the joint-free condensation insulation retains its properties even after repeated absorption/release of water and moisture, which eliminates potential moisture-related problems such as corrosion and rot.
SpreFix absorbs moisture when exposed to condensation. The moisture is released relatively quickly when drying out. Both the dehumidification and drying of wall elements with SpreFix are about 9 times faster than with wall elements with mineral wool or cellular plastic. This makes SpreFix one of the best condensation protection on the market.
Thin layer provides seamless condensation protection
A covering layer of 15mm SpreFix G is normally sufficient to prevent condensation. For premises with particularly severe condensation problems, our insulation experts carry out special investigations and provide suggestions for solutions.
