Today, several safety-conscious shipyards around the world use the SpreFix® solution for effective fire protection and other insulation purposes. In addition to fire protection, Sprefix works with condensation control, sound insulation and thermal insulation on board all types of ships and offshore platforms in several countries around the world.

The material has been thoroughly tested and is approved for the marine market by DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Germanische Lloyd and Bureau Veritas.
